MyBodyScores provides cognitive assessments and personalized reports for informational and educational purposes. Our services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Results from our assessments are not substitutes for professional medical evaluation. Always seek advice from qualified healthcare providers. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on our assessments.

4. Payments & Refunds

Premium reports are available for a one-time fee of $9.99. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reports are delivered digitally to your email. Due to the digital nature, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, and reports are proprietary to MyBodyScores. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyBodyScores shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
